The classic Xiaolongbao, a ground pork dumpling with a rich broth inside. Normally to eat soup dumplings, people nip the crown (top) off, and drink the soup. After, you ate the dumpling itself, otherwise you'd burn your tongue off from the hot soup in the dumpling. This was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
