When observing the bacteria sample under the microscope, a vivid image of the cells was prevalent. The magnification was 100x. It was interesting to observe the rod like cell shape within the clumps of colonies.although it was difficult to draw the rod shaped cells because they were extremely small, the drawing below does show the clumps that help us see these microscopic cells.
