Welcome to my page everyone! My name is Salma Yehia and I am very excited, proud, and thankful to be attending Boston University. I speak English, Arabic and French. I am a very ambitious girl, who will stand up for what she believes in, and isn't afraid to take a step into the unknown.

I was in the College of General Studies and now I am a recent political graduate from the College of Arts and Science at Boston University; Ever since I was a young girl I’ve always dreamed of working in the area of international politics and law. My dream is to work somewhere similar to the UN, because I love the feel of an international community that’s goal is to promote peace across the world. However, I want to first get grounded experience in the entrepreneurship

world as I believe innovation is key to future positive successes and that strategic management of many renowned organizations such as the UN can help improve their impact.  I want to open my own innovative think tank  in NYC, speak at a TED Talk conference, and eventually get my Phd to become professor at Boston University.

This e-portfolio is a way in which I can keep a record of my academic achievements and growth as a college student- and potentially after graduation too! It has been astonishing to see how much my writing and note skills have developed. As well as how much my interests have developed and my thought process has changed as I mature. More than anything else, this e-portfolio is the biggest advice to myself about how far I can go and to teach myself to go beyond my imagined limits. I imagine myself as "Superwoman" because I can do anything. It just takes a little believing in yourself. So go out and do something awesome!
